Grilled Peach Burrata Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 peaches, halved and pitted

  • 3 balls burrata

  • 0.3 cups fresh basil leaves

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

  • 1 teaspoons flaky salt

  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place 4 peaches, halved and pitted cut-side down on a hot grill. Char until deep grill marks form and the fruit softens slightly.

  2. Remove peaches from the grill and slice half into 3-4 wedges.

  3. Arrange 3 burrata on a platter, nestling the halved and sliced peaches around it

  4. Slightly open the tops of the burrata.

  5. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.

  6. Garnish with the fresh basil leaves.

  7. Dash with flaky salt and black pepper.
